Clad

Privacy

Last updated 29 October 2026. This is a plain-language statement. It is a draft until the publisher has reviewed it.

The app collects no data

Your calculations, favourites, jobs and settings are saved only on your phone, in Clad's own storage. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and Clad makes no network connection of its own.

When you share or export something, you choose where it goes through the system share sheet. Clad does not see where.

If you buy Pro, the payment goes through your Apple account and Apple's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. Clad never sees your payment details. Clad only asks Apple whether you own Pro or have an active monthly plan.

Deleting the app deletes its data. You can export everything first from Settings.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies: no fonts, scripts, maps or social buttons. The links to X, Instagram and Reddit are ordinary links; those sites only learn about you if you follow them.

Like every website, the company that hosts it records technical data to deliver the pages and keep them safe: your IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser type. This is kept for a short time and used for nothing else. Our host is Vercel Inc. in the USA; the domain name and its DNS are with Cloudflare, Inc. in the USA.

If you write to me

If you email support@rhinecom.com, I keep your message and address only to answer you and to remember what you asked. I do not add you to a list or share it. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Who is responsible

The publisher named in the legal notice. If you live in the EU or the UK you can ask what is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. Because the app stores nothing about you on a server, there is usually nothing to hand over, but ask and I will check.
